ABOUT ME

My name is Darren and I am a student at university studying nutrition and dietetics. I am also a fully qualified Personal Trainer accredited by AIQ, I also have a nutritional qualification for Sport and Exercise performance. I believe nutrition and training go hand in hand and I understand the importance of this and the different processes one has to go through to reach their specific goals, whether that is to lose body fat or to build muscle or simply become a healthier person in general. There is no one plan for everybody, everyone is different in so many ways and I'm confident I can help you achieve your fitness desires if you are willing to put forth the effort.

As your coach, my main objective is to get you results and that's the bottom line. I would also like to teach you the fundamentals and have you understand methods of progression to continue to achieve new heights in your fitness journey, to sculpt a healthier and more aesthetic physique and to have fun while doing it too!  

I have trained 100's of clients both male and female clients and i understand the difference in each one's needs nutritionally and physically. Each one of my programmes are 100% individually tailored for each persons specific needs. There is no cookie cutter programmes here. You will be working with me directly, this is what separates me from a lot of online coaches out there. I give 100% to all of my clients and I expect the same in return, with that I am sure we can achieve results.

I am a natural bodybuilder and have never used steroids. I want to show you that you don't have to in order to create a physique that is admired and through intelligent training/diet/supplementation it can be achieved and that's where i come in.
